Raider Red

Overview

Red Raider wines were developed as a partnership between two icons of West Texas, Texas Tech University and Llano Estacado Winery. These wines were produced with a careful selection of premium grapes and with the expertise of Llano Estacado’s winemakers Greg Bruni and Chris Hull. A portion of the sales proceeds from Raider Wines help support the Texas Tech Alumni Association and wine and grape research at Texas Tech University.

The only wine with its own mascot, this Raider Red is an exciting non-traditional blend, much like Texas Tech fans. Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petite Sirah, and Petit Verdot are combined in a medium-bodied wine with light fruit undertones.
