THP Montepulciano

Overview

THP or “Texas Hocus Pocus” was created by winemakers who believe in the magic of blended wines. To take it a step further, most “Texas Hocus Pocus” wines are non-traditional blends.

For example, this wine is comprised of Montepulciano, Aglianico, and Barbera. THP Montepulciano was aged 18 months in our 225-liter oak barrels. Montepulciano was blended to enjoy at the table, and these varieties come together to create a savory effect when paired with food.

Deep red in color and perfumed with complex aromatics of ripe plum and blackberries, our THP Montepulciano has a medium body with rich, lush, expansive tannins.
