Viviano – Cabernet Sauvignon
Overview
Viviano is consistently one of the best Texas red wines. Vintage after vintage have been awarded top honors at competitions across the United States and in Texas including our current 2015 vintage which was awarded at the Houston Rodeo as the 2018 Top Texas Wine.
The focus of this premium wine is on complexity. Intricate nuances of dried cherry, cedar, and anise greet the nose. The palate is delicate, flavorful, and in harmony with well-evolved tannins. Perfect with a textured steak or a flavorful marinara sauce and your favorite pasta.
