Returns & Cancellations

At Llano Estacado Winery, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return a product or cancel an order. Below are our policies regarding returns and cancellations.

1. Return Policy

Wine Returns: Due to the nature of our products, all wine sales are final. However, we will replace or refund your order if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Wine Merchandise Returns: For non-wine items, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. The items must be returned in their original packaging, in unused and resellable condition.

Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service to initiate a return.
  • Provide your order number, description of the issue, and a photo of the item if it is damaged or defective.
  • Instructions for returning the item will be provided after the initial contact.

2. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours, please contact us to find out if the order has been shipped. If it has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has been shipped, it will fall under the returns policy as described above.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed upon the receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, follow the return process mentioned above.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
